In your 1-hour brand workshop, we’ll review your survey responses, align on common themes, and identify the storytelling gems as a team. We’ll come to the table with some initial positioning ideas and recommendations based on what you’ve shared.
You’ll receive an onboarding survey to help us get to know your brand and vision. Share your purpose, dreams, values, and what you want people to feel when they engage with your brand. Paint a picture for us! We’ll also schedule your brand workshop for about a week out.

And that’s a wrap! On this final day of your brand identity journey, you get to kick back and relax while we finalize, export and store all your shiny new brand files. Before end of day, you’ll receive a link to your new brand messaging, brand guide, logo files, font sources, brand mock ups.
We’re almost there! This day is dedicated to making any refinements necessary to get your new brand identity exactly right. We’ll work through things like logo tweaks, color adjustments, final font selections, and any other details that require our attention.
Now that you’ve slept on the different directions for your brand, we’ll tinker with your chosen concept and iterate on its details. This is the day where we get granular, making sure that every pixel of your brand is considered and connected to your unique narrative.
With your storytelling assets ready, Sav will take over as your visual brand compass. Meeting at the top of the morning to review your Pinterest exercise, we’ll talk through strategy, making sure that we’re moving in a direction that aligns with your ideal audience, and before end of day, you’ll receive a few different brand directions to consider.

Your campaign engine is ready for action! By the end of Day 10, you’ll receive your finalized strategy and all supporting assets for your launch. We will be available for any questions or follow-up support.
We’ll create tailored media pitches, a target media list, and a campaign messaging document based on the finalized strategy and press release.
We’ll meet in the morning to review the strategy and press release, walk through edits, and establish a clear path forward. The final versions of the strategy and press release will be delivered by the end of Day 7.
We’ll incorporate your feedback and fine-tune the strategy. By the end of Day 6, you will receive the second draft of the strategy and the first draft of your press release announcement.
We’ll turn your vision into a comprehensive communications strategy with tailored approaches and tactics. By the end of Day 4, you will receive a first draft of your strategy and have 24 hours to provide feedback.
During this session, we’ll align on campaign goals, key narratives, target audiences, and success metrics. We’ll also schedule an alignment session for Day 7.
We’ll start with a quick intro call to ensure we’re a good fit for your needs. Once we're aligned, we’ll schedule your strategic planning session for one week later.
